Let me explain…

It was 2020, deep in the pandemic, I was home with two little kids, trying to pivot my business, feeling scared, overwhelmed, late-night stress eating, boredom snacking, low energy, my clothes stopped fitting (not that I was going anywhere anyway!) and I felt horribly uncomfortable in my skin. It was bad and I finally had had enough.

So one day I made a decision…I AM HEALTH. It may sound cheesy but this one declaration saved me (and I don't say that lightly).

I took on the identity "I AM HEALTH"… and released the one telling me "I'm stuck, I'm tired, I'm scared, I'm bored, I'm unhappy, I'm gross"

Here's what happened next… I believed it, I embodied it, so I became it.

This declaration is then what led to me to the strategy, I found metabolic health research and started learning about blood sugar, continuous glucose monitors, hormonal harmony, building muscle, sleep science, changing how I spoke to myself, how I spoke to my body. The strategies came when I shifted who I was embodying.

The real reason we can't get out of the stop/start cycle, or we jump from trend-to-trend, or know what to do but can't do it, or are waiting for things to "calm down" to start…

Isn't because we don't have know the strategies, it's because we haven't embodied the identity of the person who does them and does them consistently.

DAY 1 - Become the healthiest version of YOU

This isn't about willpower, motivation, pushing harder or even inspiration. This is about you building your health identity so you can thrive, regardless if you're trying to optimize your health, dealing with hormonal chaos in perimenopause, are a busy mom with young kids or facing a diagnosis

DAY 2 - Embody your HEALTH

It's one thing to believe something, it's another to embody it. If you want to release weight, put on muscle, increase your energy, calm inflammation without self-sabotage, the embodiment piece is KEY. This will help you get into your body so you can do exactly what's needed for you.

DAY 3 - Strategy, Baby!

Now it's time for the HOW. The strategy needed to take you from where you are to where you want to be. Understand how hormones are driving the show from hunger, to exhaustion, to overwhelm and what you can do about it now to create metabolic harmony.
